composer, orchestrator and musician
Oli Hayne, aged 23, is an award-winning composer and orchestrator from Surrey, now based in Birmingham, England. Last year, Oli completed a composition degree at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire in which he wrote music for a variety of forces, from solo instruments to full orchestra. Oli now works as an orchestrator for film and TV, currently assisting Isabella Summers in different projects. He has also contributed orchestration work for Netflix, Audio Machine and Natalie Holt. Last year, Oli's piece was chosen as the winning composition in the West Midlands Platinum Jubilee Music Competition. As a result of this, he worked with Master of the King's Music Judith Weir and the Birmingham Symphony Orchestra. His piece was performed at Birmingham Symphony Hall on the 4th June as part of the Jubilee celebrations (watch video here).
